Hi, I’m Sherri Moore — a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and emotional stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and empowering — a space where you can breathe, feel understood, and rediscover clarity and confidence.
I understand how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying too much on your own. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, practical tools, and a calm, supportive space for healing. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and help you move forward with strength and clarity.
My style is down-to-earth and collaborative. I use CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based strategies to help you recognize unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of coping. Sessions are structured but flexible — always tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals.
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me enjoying Florida life with my family and our three dogs. I’m passionate about creating a peaceful, grounded life and helping others do the same.
